Fáilte romhat

Gaelscoil Aogáin is an ordinary National School, subject to the rules and under the supervision of the Department of Education and Science. Teachers are qualified and appointed according to the Department rules. The only real difference is that Irish is the language of the school among the teachers and pupils. English is of course, taught as a subject, but all other subjects are taught through Irish. There are no fees. It is open to all children without distinction of class, creed or nationality, so it is in no sense elitist. Gaelscoil Aogáin is providing a first class education, promoting the Irish language and heritage.
